  • Understand the importance of project management as a discipline applied by organisations to improve success in achieving strategic goals and objectives.
  • Determine appropriate approaches and methods to deliver project outcomes and lead effectively throughout the project lifecycle in environments of change and uncertainty.
  • Identify, engage and build relationships with stakeholders to improve project definition and develop buy-in to project implementation and outcomes.
